Whether you need a different size for your next triathlon or a different style, our streamlined process ensures you get back to training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
